Kyra is a brand dedicated to offering innovative, easy-to-use beauty products. All purchases made through our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partners.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours.
3. Delivery Policy
We offer FREE delivery across Cyprus.
We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours using local couriers.
However, due to occasional courier delays or high order volume, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
4. Return & Refund Policy
At Kyra, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
The product arrived broken or defective
The product does not match the description
Not Eligible for Return
Change of mind
Opened or used items
Damage caused by misuse or accidents after delivery
Refund Process
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report an issue.
Photos or video proof is required for broken/damaged products.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If approved, the refund process may take up to 20 days for internal processing.
After approval, it may take an additional 10 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
5. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs — is owned by Kyra. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kyra shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or technical errors on the website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nicosia.
